Process for Nomination for GMHBA Directorship

Any individual enquiring regarding Company directorship will be issued a “Potential Director Information Pack”, which comprises:

• the nomination form
• a description of the duties of directorship and the role of the board 
• the particular skills and attributes sought by the board 
• information about current directors, their qualifications, experience etc.

Nomination for directorship must be accompanied by the support of three current Company members completed on the form specified by the Constitution, as issued in the “Potential Director Information Pack".
