Australia’s largest multisport festival is coming to Geelong – 2009

The 12th Australian Masters Games is a ten day sports and entertainment event for people aged over 30 years. The Games will attract over 10,000 participants to compete in over 60 sports and offer ten days of social functions throughout the festival. Geelong will come alive from 20 February – 1 March 2009. The Games are open to anyone! The only qualification for entry to the Games is your age, 30 for most sports. The Games ethos of “Sport for all’ encourages lifelong participation in sport, regardless of background or ability. All you need is a smile and ability to have some Serious Summer Fun!
