Connect Rewards Plus  
Connect Rewards is GMHBA’s loyalty program which lets members with combined cover to accrue Connect Rewards dollars and use them to enhance your benefits. If you have a single GMHBA membership and have combined hospital and extras cover with GMHBA, you receive $50 after your first year of membership cover and then $75 per year thereafter up to a maximum of $500.

If you have a family, couple or single parent membership and have combined hospital and extras cover with GMHBA you receive $100 after your first year of membership cover and then $150 per year thereafter up to a maximum of $1,000. You can then use your Connect Rewards dollars towards your hospital excess or increase your benefits or annual limits for selected services.
