Are your friends’ guts or butts too big? Do you know how many calories you need to maintain your current weight? Could you benefit from an ‘anti-diet’ pill?

Answers to these questions and many others are now just a few clicks away according to GMHBA Health Insurance Marketing Manager, Jonathan Crabtree.

"A few weeks back when I was road testing our new online ‘Health-e-Tools’ I did the simple body mass index quiz and was horrified to discover I was classified obese!" said Mr. Crabtree. "So now I take the stairs every day at work rather than use the lift and have already lost 4 kg. I’m also using our office fitness timer and a few other Health-e-Tools as well." he said.

To launch their range of Health-e-Tools GMHBA is donating money to breast cancer research. So Mr. Crabtree challenges all visitors to use one or more of the online Health-e-Tools and share them with friends, family and colleagues.

"Until the end of October, every time a visitor uses our ‘Send to a Friend’ button to send an email about the Health-e-Tools, we’ll donate $1 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation for research." said Mr. Crabtree.

The Health-e-Tools include:
• Is my gut/butt too big?
• Am I overweight?
• How many calories do I need a day?
• An office fitness timer.
• The ‘anti-diet’ pill.
• Plus several more.
